An Office chair plays inevitable role in the life of office goers. It is because most of the people have sitting jobs and they have to spend eight to nine hours. A right chair not only gives complete comfort but also protects us from several diseases by maintaining correct posture of the body. One should always choose a right chair for himselfherself and also for the guests coming in their office.
Exercise Ball Seating. The basic principle behind an exercise ball chair is that it forces you to maintain good posture, therefore alleviating stress on your back, shoulder and arm muscles. Also, because you're holding proper posture and engaging your core muscles to stay erect, you actually also benefit from an all-day abdominal workout. However, sitting too long on an exercise ball can cause fatigue in your legs. And if you're a committed sloucher, you may still find ways to slouch over, therefore pulling on your lower back and causing significant muscle stress.
